Posh Pasties are “a world of fun” says Dermot O’Leary during our first TV debut on ‘This Morning’ ITV 1

Last week was a very big occasion for our Posh Pasties – their very first TV debut. Founder James Strawbridge, along with his dad Dick Strawbridge, filmed a special pasty-making item on ITV1’s ‘This Morning’ alongside hosts Holly Willoughby and Dermot O’Leary. James showed Dermot how to make a Smoked Haddock and Cornish Gouda pasty with saffron pastry (a future Posh Pasty Co special), whilst Dick talked Holly through the steps of making a traditional Cornish pasty.

It was a fantastic opportunity for James to showcase not only a Posh Pasty Co limited edition pasty but also some of the amazing producers we use within our regular pasties – Cornish Gouda Company cheese featured in the Smoked Haddock, and Kittow’s of Fowey beef skirt was used for the traditional Cornish.

Thanks to this experience, our special smoked haddock pasty has now received it’s first celebrity endorsement… Dermot O’Leary described the experience of eating it as “That was a world of fun!”
